i’m proud to let you folks know that a sunny day in glasgow’s “scribble mural comic journal” release is now available on vinyl via ruined potential. it includes two exclusive bonus tracks: “summerlong silences” remixed by asobi seksu and “ghost in the graveyard” remixed by ulrich schnauss. the album is limited to 325 copies, 180 gram double vinyl and is housed in black linen paper with letterpressed wrap and insert. fancy, eh?

after a long tour they are back at home and working on an ep to be
released later this year.

asdig recorded an in-studio session at dublab “east” which means asdig’s
practice space and you can hear it here.

there is a new asdig video and it’s for “a mundane phonecall to jack
parsons”. thanks to our friends close by in queens and faraway in brazil for making this possible.

and for asdig fans in europe, the band will be touring the last two weeks of july in a city near you.

tonite and tomorrow nite will be the last battle of and and sea shows in the nyc area for a good while. so catch ‘em while you can…

bls will be playing at the living room tonite at midnight and tomorrow night at union hall around 9.

i can’t really express how excited i am about this. a sunny day in glasgow is playing at the whitney on friday at 7pm sharp. they are playing as part of the “wordless music series” which pairs electronic & rock music with chamber music. the american contemporary music ensemble (ACME) will be playing as well. the show is free (suggested donation) and extremely limited seating so arrive early.
